Each Storefront portal comes configured for users to access account details, order history, saved projects, images, and approvals as well as a built in message center. Category and Tag Support
Categories, unlike tags, can have a hierarchy. For example, you could have a poster category, and under that have children's categories for small format posters and large format posters. A user may use the product side bar to navigate to the main product pages.
Tags, however, provide a way to assign "Key Words" to a given product for an alternate way to browse products such as "search by Industry", "search by Event" or "search by Color". Users can use the search box to browse products based on those key words. Categories and Tags work together to quickly guide the user to products they are looking to purchase.
Multiple Product Types
PrintNow supports 4 product types that can be set up in any Storefront. The first type is a static product or NON personalized product that is standard in all shopping cart software. The second product type is an online template that is displayed in the Online Editor and allows customization. It is defined by the administrator based on a predefined layout and configurable options. The third product type allows the end user to upload a completed design file and receive an online proof. The fourth and final product type allows the end user to request design services and receive an online proof for approval all in the same system. You can use all or select number of these product types that fit your needs.
Shopping Cart Checkout
The checkout process in PrintNow was built for ordering all types of print products. The system automatically generates online previews of products which users have uploaded or customized online. Users can choose from predefined order options which are attached to products and allow instant pricing and up sell opportunities. When products are added to the shopping cart, users can estimate shipping costs and enter promotion codes before proceeding to check out. Shipping and billing is an easy two step process and confirmation of order details allows easy adjustments before final purchase.
Lead Capture and Promotions
The promotional codes in PrintNow are a great way to increase your sales.
