has customized anyone can design your own business cards,
letterhead, envelopes, stationery, and more using the
online design ordering system! The YankeeDesign Order
System provides individuals and small organizations
with convenient and creative design tools for creating
their own business cards, letterhead, envelopes and
other stationery materials. The YankeeDesign Order System
offers you the ability to choose from 8 standard colors
or pick from 1000 PMS colors. Preview paper and pick
from a list of 100 fonts and thousands of stock graphics.
You can even upload your own logo directly into the
system. You will create your stationery and see a real-time
preview in the colors and fonts you have designated
and on the paper you choose. You have the ability to
zoom into your proof make changes to alignment, colors,
paper, positioning and scaling. The files generated
for press are PDF and ready for color separation
specified and approved directly from the client's online
account.

Variable text and graphics can be added to the system

Employee contact information can be added to the system
for quick reference. Proof previews show what the final
version will look like once printed. The system also
archives your stationery orders, simplifying the reordering
process. And since the system also displays order status
information, order tracking has never been easier!

The PRINTNOW Ordering System can be set
up for approval routing with the shopping cart system.
Approval routing is used if individual employees are
creating the orders that need to be approved by a purchasing
or personnel office. After the order is submitted for
approval, the "approver" views them at a site using
a different username and password. At that time the
"approver" can approve or edit each of the orders that
have been submitted. The shopping cart system allows
checkout when the customer pays by credit card, an office
administrator places orders, or there is no approval
required.
