PDFPro Admin Tools - Overview
The PDFpro
Admin tools provide quick and easy management of all aspects
of the PDFpro Print Center in one simple website for every
company installed in the system. A user can manage all of
their individual companies, users, categories, departments,
contacts, promotions, quotes, orders, fonts, colors, templates,
imposition and more in every detail. You can even upload
a spreadsheet for all contacts for a company, and import
it directly into the database!
The order
manager allows you to quickly see all orders by all companies,
or you can filter them by company or status. Easily download
your press-ready pdf's, print out receipts, e-mail the customer,
or even charge their credit card...all using the one screen!
You can even add custom charges to orders, or custom discounts
for items not tracked through the system.
